The Charter sets out the standard every member agrees to uphold. It isn't designed to catch people out — it exists to protect the trust, culture and positive energy of the community.

Be a good person.

Keep your word.

Treat people properly.

Respect people's time, privacy and boundaries.

Don't spam, pressure-sell or use the Club as a prospecting database.

Do your own checks before entering into any business arrangement.

And don't make the place worse for anybody else.

That is the spirit of these Terms and the Eight Percent Charter.
