A Personal Welcome
I Founded The Eight Percent Club because I wanted the kind of business community I'd always hoped existed.
I spent 16 years building a national business network, running over 50,000 real-life networking meetings across the UK, over 15 of those years as the person heading it up. Over that time, I learned three things: people do business with people they Meet, Like Know and Trust, a strong, quality network built is on a base of strong quality of members, and the right introduction or a simple conversation can positively change everything in an instant.
I've also spent the last 20 years as a business owner and a motivational speaker, speaking on big stages and in small rooms, working with world-class organisations and high-performing teams. You see what great culture does. You see the difference trust, leadership and standards make, and how people perform when they're surrounded by the right people.
The Eight Percent Club is brings the best of the best, into one place. An online and offline community built on values that still matter: people who keep their word, put relationships before transactions, and genuinely want to see each other succeed.
