Are you a man/woman of your word?

I’m a man of my word.
If I say I’m going to do something, it gets done. Simple as that.

Yet somehow, honour in business and keeping your word feels like a forgotten art.

I’m supremely positive about people.

But I genuinely reckon 90% of business owners don’t consistently do what they say they’ll do.

And that’s a sad state of affairs.
Keeping your word shouldn’t be a competitive advantage.

It should be the absolute minimum.

Tell me I’m wrong.
I genuinely hope I am.
